Book Bill Medley
Bill Medley is the bass-baritone voice of the Righteous Brothers and a Grammy winner for "(I've Had) The Time of My Life," his 1987 duet with Jennifer Warnes from Dirty Dancing, a Hot 100 chart-topper. He teamed with Bobby Hatfield in 1963, and the duo's first single, "Little Latin Lupe Lu," was written by Medley. Working with Phil Spector, they recorded "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'," a landmark of 1960s pop radio, and Medley produced many of their recordings himself, including "Unchained Melody," which found a new generation through the 1990 film Ghost. After moving to Verve, the pair scored again with "(You're My) Soul and Inspiration." Medley launched a solo career in 1968, recording for MGM and A&M, then reunited with Hatfield in 1974, and in the 1980s he added a string of country chart hits. The Righteous Brothers were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by Billy Joel in 2003. Medley later revived the act with Bucky Heard and has released sixteen solo albums, most recently Straight From the Heart (2025), before launching his Lovin' Feelin' Farewell Tour in 2024.
