Book Baauer
Baauer, the American DJ and producer, became a global phenomenon with "Harlem Shake," the 2012 track that set off a worldwide wave of viral dance videos. Born in Philadelphia and raised between Germany, London and Connecticut, he has been making dance music since he was 13, and his early Baauer releases helped define the trap sound in electronic music alongside peers like TNGHT, RL Grime and Flosstradamus. His production work spans artists such as Pusha T, G-Dragon, Just Blaze and Tom Morello, and he has delivered official remixes for The Prodigy, No Doubt, Missy Elliott, Disclosure and Gorillaz. His music has also been placed in films including Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Red Sparrow and Logan. Baauer released his debut album, Aa, in 2016, followed by Planet's Mad in 2020, which earned a Grammy nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album, and his third album, U, in 2026. On stage he delivers high-energy club sets built on heavy bass, genre-bending selections and the instantly recognizable drop that made him a household name in dance culture.
