Book Zach Top
Zach Top is a country singer, songwriter and guitarist whose album Ain't in It for My Health won the first Grammy Award for Best Traditional Country Album in 2026, one of three career nominations. Raised on a farm in Sunnyside, Washington, he began guitar lessons at five and by seven was playing in Top String, a bluegrass band with his siblings. His later bluegrass group, Modern Tradition, won the International Bluegrass Band Championships in Nashville in 2017. After a year studying mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, he saved up, moved to Nashville in 2021 and released a self-titled EP in 2022. Signing with Leo33 in 2023, he released Cold Beer & Country Music (2024), whose neotraditional sound recalls 1990s country radio, and singles including "Sounds Like the Radio" and "I Never Lie," which also crossed over to the Billboard Hot 100. In 2025 he was named New Male Artist of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards and New Artist of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards, the same year he released Ain't in It for My Health.
