Book The Tedeschi Trucks Band
Tedeschi Trucks Band is the large blues, soul and Southern rock ensemble from Jacksonville, Florida, led by the married duo of singer and guitarist Susan Tedeschi and slide guitarist Derek Trucks. The couple had toured together in 2007 as the Soul Stew Revival, then folded their separate bands into one group in 2010, playing its first show at the Savannah Music Festival that April. The debut album, Revelator, came out in 2011 and won the Grammy for Best Blues Album the following year. The live set Everybody's Talkin' and the studio album Made Up Mind followed, and Let Me Get By, produced by Trucks for Fantasy Records in 2016, landed at number 15 on the Billboard 200. A year later the band issued the concert film and album Live from the Fox Oakland. At the 2015 Lockn' Festival they staged a full tribute to Joe Cocker's Mad Dogs and Englishmen with Leon Russell, Rita Coolidge and other musicians from the original 1970 tour, a show released as a live album in 2025. With horns, two drummers and a full vocal section, the band is built for long nights on the road.
