Book Scarface
Scarface, born Brad Terrence Jordan in 1970, is a rapper and record producer from Houston, Texas, known for his own records and for his work in the Geto Boys. He grew up in the city's South Acres neighborhood and is widely respected as one of hip-hop's finest storytellers, a writer of dark, reflective, intensely personal songs. He has recorded fourteen studio albums, including Mr. Scarface Is Back in 1991, The World Is Yours in 1993, The Diary in 1994, which brought a Soul Train Music Award nomination for best rap album, The Untouchable in 1997, My Homies in 1998, The Last of a Dying Breed in 2000, The Fix in 2002 and Made in 2007. A leading voice of Southern rap, Scarface delivers thoughtful, gravelly, commanding performances that mix Geto Boys classics with his own solo material.
