Book Peter Hollens

Peter Hollens is the a cappella singer, producer and entrepreneur whose YouTube channel has drawn a billion-plus views since 2011, built on videos in which he sings and layers every part himself. Born in Ashland, Oregon, he earned a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance from the University of Oregon, where in 1999 he co-founded On The Rocks with Leo da Silva, the state's first official collegiate a cappella group. In 2010 he led On The Rocks on NBC's The Sing-Off, where his solo turns impressed the judging panel, including Ben Folds and Nicole Scherzinger. He has since become a fixture of the a cappella world, recording, producing and judging collegiate competitions across the country. Producing from a studio at his home in Eugene and recording for Sony and Epic Records, he has released albums including Misty Mountains: Songs Inspired by the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, A Hollens Family Christmas, The Greatest Showman A Cappella, Songs of Middle Earth and Beautiful Duets Vol. 1. His arrangements of film, folk and pop songs have made him a go-to name for fans of vocal music.
