Book Mario

Mario is a Baltimore-born R&B vocalist, songwriter and dancer who signed with J Records at just 14. His self-titled debut album (2002) reached the Billboard 200 top ten and featured "Just a Friend 2002", a top-five Hot 100 hit. His second album, Turning Point (2004), produced his signature song, "Let Me Love You" (2004), which topped the Billboard Hot 100, won two Billboard Music Awards and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance. Go (2007) followed with "How Do I Breathe" and "Crying Out for Me", and D.N.A. (2009) brought the top-20 single "Break Up" with Gucci Mane and Sean Garrett. Billboard placed him on its Artist of the Decade list in 2010. His independent album Dancing Shadows (2018) showed a more personal side. Mario has also acted in Step Up (2006), Freedom Writers (2007) and Empire, competed on Dancing with the Stars, starred in the live television production of Rent in 2019 and finished as runner-up on The Masked Singer in 2024. He brings smooth vocals and sharp dance moves to every show.
