Book FLO

FLO is a London R&B girl group made up of Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma and Renée Downer. Quaresma and Downer met at Sylvia Young Theatre School and found Douglas through her Instagram singing videos, and the trio formed in 2019. After two years of writing, they recorded with producer MNEK and signed to Island Records, releasing their debut single, "Cardboard Box", in March 2022. The song caught fire on social media, drawing praise from SZA and Victoria Monét, and led into their first EP, The Lead (2022). They surprise-released a second EP, 3 of Us, in 2023 while out on their first headline tour. Their debut studio album, Access All Areas (2024), included "In My Bag" with GloRilla and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Progressive R&B Album. The group has also topped the BBC Sound of poll, won the Brit Award for Rising Star, and picked up two BET Awards nominations, in the group and new artist categories. On stage, FLO delivers tight three-part harmonies, sharp choreography and the polished energy of classic R&B girl groups.
