Book Cleo Sol

Cleo Sol is an English singer-songwriter whose hushed, soul-rich records have made her a widely admired voice in contemporary R&B. She first appeared on record in 2008, featuring on Tinie Tempah's single "Tears," and in 2011 signed with DaVinChe's Dirty Canvas label and Island Records, releasing the singles "High" and "Never the Right Time (Who Do You Love)." Working hand in hand with producer Dean Josiah Cover, she reintroduced herself with the EP Winter Songs (2018), then delivered her debut album Rose in the Dark (2020), which landed on year-end lists from Complex and Clash. Mother (2021) deepened her reputation for intimate, spiritual songwriting, and in September 2023 she surprised fans with two albums at once, Heaven and Gold, before following with Gentlewoman (2026). She has also teamed with rapper Little Simz on "Selfish" (2019) and "Woman" (2021), and she is the lead vocalist of the acclaimed collective SAULT. Drawing on Stevie Wonder, Erykah Badu and Jill Scott, along with the reggae, Motown, jazz and Latin music she grew up on, Cleo Sol offers warm, soulful, deeply musical performances that feel both timeless and personal, with her voice always at the center.
