Book Tiësto
Tiësto is a Grammy-winning Dutch DJ and producer whom DJ Magazine voted the world's number one DJ three years running, from 2002 to 2004. In 1997 he co-founded Black Hole Recordings with Arny Bink, home of his Magik and In Search of Sunrise mix series, and he later added the labels Musical Freedom Records and AFTR:HRS. From 1998 to 2000 he recorded with Ferry Corsten as Gouryella, and his 2000 remix of Delerium's "Silence" with Sarah McLachlan brought him to a mainstream audience. His first solo album, In My Memory, came out in 2001, followed by Just Be in 2004, the year he played the opening ceremony of the Athens Olympics, the first DJ to perform live at the Games. Elements of Life, Kaleidoscope, A Town Called Paradise, The London Sessions and Drive complete a seven-album catalog. He won a Grammy in 2015 and a Latin Grammy for Best Latin Electronic Music Performance in 2024. Mix magazine readers named him the greatest DJ of all time, and he was made an Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau.
