Book Tamia

Tamia is a Canadian R&B singer and songwriter from Windsor, Ontario, admired for one of the smoothest voices in modern soul. Quincy Jones introduced her to the world on his album Q's Jook Joint (1995), and their duets "You Put a Move on My Heart" and "Slow Jams" earned her early Grammy nominations. Her self-titled debut, Tamia (1998), launched a string of albums including A Nu Day (2000), More (2004), Between Friends (2006), Beautiful Surprise (2012), Love Life (2015) and Passion Like Fire (2018). Her hits include "So Into You," "Stranger in My House" and "Imagination," along with collaborations such as "Into You," "Missing You" and "Spend My Life with You," her duet with Eric Benét that brought a NAACP Image Award. Love Life peaked at number two on Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop albums ranking, her best showing there. A six-time Grammy nominee with four Juno Award nominations, she now releases music through her own label, Plus One Music Group. She has headlined the Single Ladies Tour (2012) and the Passion Like Fire Tour (2018). In concert she offers elegant, effortless vocals and a deep catalog of grown-and-sexy R&B classics.
