Book Suicidal Tendencies
Suicidal Tendencies started in Venice, Los Angeles, in 1980 when vocalist Mike Muir founded the band. They play a mixture of hardcore punk and crossover thrash. Muir has been the one constant through many lineup changes and is the only original member left. Tye Trujillo plays bass, Xavier "X" Ware drums, and Dean Pleasants and Ben Weinman guitar in today's lineup. Their catalog covers fourteen studio albums, among them the self-titled 1983 debut, Join the Army in 1987, How Will I Laugh Tomorrow When I Can't Even Smile Today in 1988, Lights... Camera... Revolution in 1990, The Art of Rebellion in 1992, Still Cyco After All These Years in 1993 and Suicidal for Life in 1994. Muir also runs the group's own Suicidal Records. Known for a skate-culture attitude, bandanas and furious live shows, Suicidal Tendencies keep a loyal following of punk and metal fans.
