Book Plain White T's
Plain White T's is a pop rock band out of Lombard, Illinois, whose roots go back to 1997, when Dave Tirio, Ken Fletcher and Tom Higgenson began playing together as teenagers and Steve Mast joined soon afterward. The group built a following in Chicago clubs before "Hey There Delilah," a quiet acoustic ballad from the 2005 album All That We Needed, went to number one on the Billboard Hot 100 after its 2006 radio breakout. Grammy.com lists one Grammy nomination for the band. Later albums include Every Second Counts in 2006, Big Bad World, Wonders of the Younger, American Nights in 2015, Parallel Universe in 2018 and a self-titled record in 2023, with songs like "Rhythm of Love" and "1, 2, 3, 4" extending its radio run. In March 2017 the band played an acoustic residency at Cleopatra's Barge at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Higgenson's friendly vocals and the band's sing-along choruses make for crowd-pleasing festival, fair and private-event sets.
