Book Piff the Magic Dragon

Piff the Magic Dragon is the stage persona of John van der Put, an English magician and comedian who performs his deadpan act in a full dragon costume. He has won multiple awards from British magic societies and built a following with a style that blends genuinely baffling tricks with dry, irreverent humor, inspired by performers such as Penn & Teller, The Amazing Johnathan and Harry Anderson. Piff reached millions of viewers through appearances on Penn & Teller: Fool Us and America's Got Talent, and he has opened on tour for Mumford and Sons. In 2019 Variety named him one of its 10 Comics to Watch. Now based in Las Vegas, he headlines a residency at The Flamingo, where his show has become a fixture of the Strip's comedy and magic scene. Van der Put has said the hardest part of his craft is the magic itself, since a new trick can take months of development and prototyping while a joke can be rewritten quickly. Piff brings an one-of-a-kind look, sharp comic timing and polished, crowd-pleasing magic that plays to audiences of every age.
