Book Patrick Mahomes
Patrick Mahomes is the star quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs and one of the defining athletes of his era. After a standout college career at Texas Tech, where he also played baseball and won the Sammy Baugh Trophy after topping the nation in both passing yardage and total scores, he went 10th overall in the 2017 NFL Draft. He spent one season learning behind Alex Smith, then exploded in 2018 as a first-year starter, piling up 50 touchdown passes and a 5,097-yard season and collecting both NFL MVP and Offensive Player of the Year honors. The next season he guided the Chiefs to their first championship in half a century at Super Bowl LIV and was named the game's MVP. Since then he has led Kansas City to seven straight AFC title games and five Super Bowl trips, winning three, a total matched by few quarterbacks in league history. He added a second MVP award in 2022 and has been named Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year, recognized on the Time 100 and honored at the ESPY Awards. Mahomes brings championship pedigree and huge crossover fame.
