Book Niko Moon

Niko Moon is a Texas-born country pop artist and songwriter from Tyler, raised in Douglasville, Georgia, who built his career writing hits for others before stepping into the spotlight. He made his name as a co-writer for the Zac Brown Band on "Heavy Is the Head", "Homegrown", "Beautiful Drug" and "Loving You Easy", plus "Keep Me in Mind" and "Island Song" under the name Nic Cowan. He shared production on the band's records Jekyll + Hyde and Welcome Home and co-wrote "Back To Life" for Rascal Flatts. His songs have been recorded by Dierks Bentley, Rascal Flatts and Morgan Wallen. Recording as Nic Cowan, he released the seven-track EP Cheap Wine in 2010 and the full-length Hard Headed in 2011 on Southern Ground Records, featuring "Reno" and "Cut it Loose" with Zac Brown. He guested on Colt Ford's track "Waste Some Time" with Nappy Roots, and in 2016 he joined Zac Brown and Ben Simonetti in the group Sir Rosevelt. He signed with Sony Music in 2019 and released country music on RCA Nashville. A former drummer, Moon brings a groove-first, feel-good style and a songwriter's catalog of familiar hits to the stage.
