Milky Chance is a duo and band from Kassel, Germany, centered on vocalist and guitarist Clemens Rehbein and bassist and percussionist Philipp Dausch, joined on tour by Sebastian Schmidt and Antonio Greger. The group's first single, "Stolen Dance," was released in April 2013, climbed to number one in several countries and took a 1Live Krone radio award. Their debut album, Sadnecessary, followed that year, with Blossom in 2017, Mind the Moon in 2019 and Living In A Haze in 2023, four studio albums in total. In 2018 the group took the Echo Pop Award for best national rock and pop group. Their sound mixes folk, reggae, electronic and indie ideas with relaxed, loopy beats and a laid-back, smoky voice.
