Book Lloyd Banks
Lloyd Banks is a New York rapper who first rose to fame in 1999 as a founding member of G-Unit, alongside childhood friends 50 Cent and Tony Yayo. After the group's 2003 debut Beg for Mercy sold millions, he released his first solo record, The Hunger for More, in 2004. The album opened at number one on the Billboard 200 and produced the top ten single "On Fire." He kept his punchline-heavy, street-focused style going with Rotten Apple in 2006 and H.F.M. 2 in 2010, then returned with the Course of the Inevitable trilogy between 2021 and 2023. Grammy.com lists one Grammy nomination for his work. Banks is a veteran of arena tours and festival stages, and his catalog of mixtapes, features and G-Unit classics gives him a deep set list for hip-hop shows and private events.
