Book Lady Bunny

Lady Bunny is an American drag performer who works as a club DJ, comic, actor and event producer, and a widely recognized name in New York nightlife. She is the founder of Wigstock, the annual drag festival that became a landmark celebration of downtown performance culture. Her career took shape in Atlanta's club scene in the early 1980s, where she met RuPaul, who became a longtime friend and creative partner, and the two became fixtures of the city's drag and party circuit alongside promoter Larry Tee. As a recording artist she has released disco singles including "Shame, Shame, Shame!" and "The Pussycat Song", and as a comic she has toured two one-woman shows, That Ain't No Lady! and Clowns Syndrome. Lady Bunny also turns up as a television and radio personality, bringing the same quick wit she is famous for behind the decks. As a DJ, she spins high-energy dance sets packed with disco and pop, and as a host she pairs sharp, irreverent humor with towering wigs and true showbiz stamina, keeping a room laughing and dancing all night.
