Book Cat Stevens

Cat Stevens, who has performed since 2006 as Yusuf / Cat Stevens, is a singer-songwriter born in London who wrote some of the most enduring folk-pop songs of the early 1970s. His albums Mona Bone Jakon, Tea for the Tillerman, Teaser and the Firecat and Catch Bull at Four brought "Father and Son," "Wild World," "Peace Train," "Moonshadow," "Morning Has Broken" and "Where Do the Children Play?" into the public memory, and "Oh Very Young" followed, while his music defined the film Harold and Maude. After converting to Islam in 1977 he took the name Yusuf Islam, founded schools including Islamia Primary School, and focused on education and charity. He returned to making records with An Other Cup, and reimagined his classic in Tea for the Tillerman² in 2020. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2014. Yusuf performs warm, acoustic-driven concerts that span his entire career.
