Book Carole Bouquet

Carole Bouquet is a celebrated French actress and model with a film career stretching back to 1977 and dozens of screen roles. International audiences know her best as Melina Havelock, the Bond heroine who starred opposite Roger Moore in For Your Eyes Only (1981). She made her screen debut in Luis Buñuel's surrealist masterpiece That Obscure Object of Desire (1977), launching a distinguished career in French cinema. She earned a César nomination for Best Supporting Actress for Rive droite, rive gauche (1984) and won the César Award for Best Actress for Too Beautiful for You (1989). Beyond the screen, Bouquet became an icon of elegance as a model for Chanel and the face of Chanel No. 5 from 1986 to 1997. Her standing in world cinema led to jury service at the Shanghai International Film Festival in 1999 and on the main competition jury at the Cannes Film Festival in 2014. She has also been named a Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres by France. As a guest, Bouquet brings timeless glamour, Bond-film history and decades of insight into French and international filmmaking.
