Book Cale Dodds
Cale Dodds is an American country singer and songwriter who has been writing songs since he was 12. After studying at Columbus State University, he moved from Columbus, Georgia, to Nashville at 22 and released his first EP, Wild and Wreckless, in 2014, recorded at Ocean Way Studio. His pen quickly paid off when A Thousand Horses cut his song "Drunk Dial" in 2015, taking it to number 23 on Billboard's Country Airplay chart, and in 2016 he signed a worldwide publishing deal with Warner/Chappell. That year he independently released People Watching - EP, featuring "People Watching" and "Lying," while "Acting Our Age" landed on the EA Sports Madden '17 soundtrack. Dodds joined Warner Music Nashville in 2017 and rolled out a series of double singles, "All Over" with "Lying," "Out Of My System" with "People Watching," and "Take You Back" (2018) with "Like We Do," with "Take You Back" going to country radio. Rolling Stone named him one of its New Country Artists You Need To Know in November 2017. Having supported Sam Hunt, Brett Eldredge and Billy Currington on tour, Dodds brings a polished, modern country set full of hooks.
