Book Bil Dwyer
Bil Dwyer is an American comedian, TV host, writer and actor whose quick wit has made him a familiar face across comedy and competition television. He hosted five seasons of Comedy Central's BattleBots from 2000 to 2002, called the action as play-by-play announcer on Game Show Network's Extreme Dodgeball in 2004 and fronted the 2006 revival of the panel show I've Got a Secret, where The Hollywood Reporter praised him as affable and fast with a quip. He also hosted Dirty Rotten Cheater in 2003 and appeared on VH1's I Love the '70s, I Love the '80s and I Love the '90s. Dwyer started doing stand-up while in college in Chicago before moving to Los Angeles. His act centers on everyday life, marriage, family and kids, delivered with a sarcastic edge and a streak of Midwestern warmth. He taped a Comedy Central Presents half-hour in 2001, competed on Last Comic Standing in 2006 and has performed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn and Comedy Bang Bang. His debut comedy album, Am I Yelling?, came out on Stand Up! Records in 2020.
