Book Adam Kreek

Adam Kreek is the Canadian Olympic champion rower turned author and executive business coach who teaches teams how to apply an athlete's discipline to work and life. Rowing in the men's eight, he won gold at the World Rowing Championships in 2002, 2003 and 2007, and he helped Canada take Olympic gold in the eight at the 2008 Beijing Games. His achievements earned him places in both the BC Sports Hall of Fame and the Ontario Sports Hall of Fame. After stepping away from competition, Kreek turned his focus to executive leadership and performance, coaching business leaders on accountability, resilience and teamwork. In 2019 he published his first book, The Responsibility Ethic, which became a regular on British Columbia's business bestseller list. His core message is that the grit that wins races is the same grit that drives success in business. He is also a champion for men's health, encouraging working-age people to adopt healthier habits. On stage, Kreek blends Olympic stories with practical tools for building ownership and high performance.
