Book Victoria Principal
Victoria Principal is an actress, producer, author and entrepreneur best known as Pamela Barnes Ewing on the prime-time drama Dallas, a role she played for nine seasons before leaving in 1987. Her screen debut came in John Huston's The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean opposite Paul Newman, which brought a Golden Globe nomination for most promising newcomer; she is a two-time Golden Globe nominee. She went on to The Naked Ape and the 1974 disaster hit Earthquake, winning the part of Rosa Amici over Susan Sarandon and Kay Lenz after cutting her waist-length hair into an Afro for the callback. In the mid-1970s she stepped away from acting to work as a talent agent before Dallas brought her back. After the series she formed Victoria Principal Productions, concentrating on television films. Her interest in natural beauty treatments led her to found the skincare company Principal Secret in 1989, and she wrote The Body Principal, The Beauty Principal, The Diet Principal and later Living Principal.
